Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Change of mind after delivery.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

• Compatibility issues if the product description was clearly mentioned.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued after product inspection.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

• Return shipping is covered by Your Car Guy only if the mistake is from our side.
